DJ Rider (Technical & Hospitality)

1. TECHNICAL RIDER

1.1. DJ Equipment

  1. Players: Minimum 3x Pioneer CDJ-2000 NXS2 (or higher). All units must be in fully working condition (no loose jog wheels, no sticky Play/Cue buttons or pitch faders). Firmware must be up to date.
  2. Mixer: 1x Pioneer DJM-900 NXS2 (DJM-A9 or DJM-V10 are also acceptable).
  3. Link / Synchronization: Players and mixer MUST be connected via a LAN switch (PRO DJ LINK). A direct link cable between two CDJs without the mixer is highly discouraged but acceptable in extreme cases.
  4. Monitoring: 2 independent professional monitors (e.g., L'Acoustics, d&b, Martin Audio) placed at ear level on stands. Connection must be strictly in stereo, with volume controlled via the Booth output on the mixer. Monitors must not feedback from the subwoofers.

1.2. DJ Booth

  1. Table: Sturdy, wobble-free construction. In case of heavy bass, the table must not transfer vibrations to the CDJs (use anti-vibration mats/feet if subwoofers are nearby).
  2. Dimensions: Height 90–105 cm. Enough space for headphones, USB drives, and drinks (kept separate from the equipment).
  3. Cabling: All cables (XLR, RCA, LAN, power) must be neatly routed and secured with tape.
  4. Power: Minimum 2 spare power outlets (220V, Schuko standard) near the mixer.

2. HOSPITALITY RIDER

2.1. Logistics & Transfer

  1. Travel: Economy class flights with included baggage (minimum 20 kg). For distances under 500 km, train tickets (First Class / Sleeper) are acceptable. Flight/train times must be strictly approved by the artist prior to booking.
  2. Transfer: Airport -> Hotel -> Venue -> Hotel -> Airport. Provided by the promoter using a comfortable car or paid taxi (Comfort+ / Business class minimum).

2.2. Accommodation

  1. Single room in a minimum 4-star hotel.
  2. Breakfast must be included.
  3. The hotel must not be located in the same building as the club/venue.
  4. Early check-in or late check-out must be paid by the promoter in case of night/early flights.

2.3. Catering / Per Diem

  1. A per diem per day of stay for three meals, OR full three meals a day in above-average restaurants (no fast food).

2.4. Green Room & Stage

  1. A clean, lockable green room near the stage (key kept by the artist or tour manager).

  3. 4 bottles of still water (0.5L, glass preferred, room temperature).
  4. 2 cans of energy drink (e.g., Red Bull).

  6. 1 bottle of premium spirits (e.g., Jameson, Jägermeister, or Gin — to be confirmed before travel) + mixers (cola, tonic, juice) and an ice bucket.
  7. On Stage during the set:
  8. 2 bottles of still water.
  9. 2 clean dark-colored terry towels.

2.5. Additional

  1. Security: A security staff member must be stationed near the DJ booth during the set to prevent unauthorized access and drinks spilling on the equipment.
  2. Guest List: 2-4 people on the guest list.
